Bill has been a member of Cataraqui Lodge No. 92, A.F & A.M. G.R.C. in Kingston, Ontario since he joined in 1959.

He progressed through the Offices and was elected Worshipful Master in 1972. He is a life member of Limestone Daylight Lodge No. 739.
