R. W. Bro. Hudson Hill, D.D.G.M. 2000 - 2001
Ronald Hudson Hill was born 5th October 1937 at Picton, Ontario. He worked for the federal government for 32 years, retiring in June 1995, and returned to the Funeral Services profession in September 1995 until the present He enjoys harness racing, boating and antique cars.
He married Marion Roushorn October 7 1972.

Hudson is a member of The Ancient St. John's Lodge No. 1, A.F & A.M. G.R.C. in Kingston, Ontario.
Initiated 12 May 1983; Passed 1 September 1983; Raised 6 October 1983;
Progressed through the Offices and was elected Worshipful Master in 1989;
Chairman of Masonic Ladies' Night, held at the Ambassador Hotel, approximately 250 guests (1988)
Formed and directed the Bi-Centennial degree Team in 1994 on the ocassion of The Ancient St. John's 200th Anniversary to act as good Ambassadors in Masonry within the District, also to the North in Ottawa, to the East in Cornwall, to the West in Belleville and areas inbetween and continued during 1995 and will still perform degrees upon invitation from any Lodge
Installing Master for The Ancient St. John's Lodge No. 3, six years
Served as Sr. Warden of the Frontenac District New Members Degree Team in 1983 consisting of members from all Lodges in Frontenac District
Formed and directed a Funeral Directors' Degree Team comprised of members from various areas throughout Ontario
Served as Sr. Warden on a Penitentiary Degree Team for five years
Acted as W.M. on a Police Forces Degree Team representing the different branches within the Kingston area
Served as Member of the Board of the Trustee of the Masonic Temple Kingston representing The Ancient St. John's Lodge No. 3, nine years
Served in the capacity of President of the Board of Trustiees of the Masonic Temple Kingston for the past five years to present time
Served as District Chairman of Blood '"Donors for the Frontenac Association for two D.D.G.M.s (R.W. Bro. W. Prohaska, R.W. Bro. G. Maitland, R.W. Bro. R. Barr, R.W. Bro. D. Patterson, R.W. Bro. G. Baker, R.W. Bro. G. Rittwage, R.W. Bro. E. Fuller and R.W. Bro. T. Hogeboom.)
