Clifford Paul Farber was born in Montreal in 1947. He grew up in the town of Greenfield Park on Montreal's South Shore and lived in the area until being transferred to Toronto in 1983, then moved to Moscow in 1986, where he currently resides with his wife Susan and their 2 daughters.

Cliff attends the Moscow United Church where he presently serves as Treasurer and on the Board of Stewards.

Cliff is a Systems Analyst/Programmer by trade and is currently employed by Quicklaw Inc. of Kingston (since 1987). He held similar positions in the financial industry for the 20 years previous to that.

Clifford is a member of Victoria Lodge No. 299, A.F & A.M. G.R.C. in Centreville, Ontario.

Initiated 6 February 1991; Passed 2 May 1991; Raised 3 October 1991;
Progressed through the Offices and was elected Worshipful Master in 1995, with a second term in 1998;
Fellow of the College of Freemasonry - 1995
Served in various capacities on the Frontenac Masonic District until elected Chairman in 2000.
